Epsom salt is known as magnesium sulfate. Epsom salt bath is a very popular remedy for many ailments. Despite its name, do not confuse epsom salt with table salt, they are two completely different compounds.

It is used to ease health problems, such as muscle soreness and stress. It is also affordable, easy to use, and harmless when used appropriately.

Epsom salts baths are used as a home treatment for:
